What data do you collect and where does it come from?+
We aggregate publicly available business data from multiple sources — including Google Maps, business websites, state licensing boards, and our own AI pipelines that scan and verify directory information across the web. We then standardize, de-duplicate, and continuously verify each listing for accuracy.
We never scrape personal customer data. We never share business contact info with third parties. Listings include public-facing info: name, address, hours, services, photos, and reviews.
How often is the data updated?+
Continuously. Our verification pipelines run on rolling schedules — popular listings get checked more often than long-tail ones. When a business owner claims their listing and updates info directly through our platform, those changes are live immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Featured ($49/mo) and Premium ($299/mo) are month-to-month. No 12-month contracts. No early termination fees. Cancel from your dashboard in two clicks — your listing reverts to Basic (free) at the end of the current billing period.
Do you take a commission on customer transactions?+
No, never. We don’t process customer payments. We don’t take a percentage of bookings, services, or sales. The customer is yours from the moment they contact you — keep them. We charge a flat monthly listing fee. That’s it.
When will Beauty / Senior Care / Dental directories launch?+

How do I claim my existing listing?+
If your business is already in our directory (most pet businesses across the U.S. are), you can claim it for free at petsomo.com/claim/. Search by name or address, verify ownership, then upgrade or stay on Basic forever. Most claims approved within 1 business day.
