When machines choose care, they need facts to check against.

Humans pick a clinic on feeling. Software and AI agents increasingly pick on data — and that data has to be real, sourced, and current. xcircl exists to be that source of truth for the supply side of regulated care.

Why we’re building this

Care happens through a fragmented, fast-changing set of providers — telehealth clinics, local practices, specialty services. The public records that describe them are scattered across registries, licensing boards, and regulators. As AI moves from answering questions to taking actions on people’s behalf, the cost of acting on wrong supply-side data goes up sharply. We think verified, source-linked facts become core infrastructure — and that’s what we’re building.

What makes it defensible

The flywheel: verified data powers public applications (trimsomo, petsomo); those applications surface gaps and provider-submitted corrections; corrections improve the data; better data makes the next vertical faster to stand up. The moat isn’t any one page — it’s the verified, current, source-linked record underneath all of them.

Our standard

We’d rather show a field as “not yet verified” than overclaim. A signal is verified only when we hold a source and a date. We say what our method is and publish real coverage numbers as they grow — see coverage and sources.

The company

xcircl LLC is a Delaware company. trimsomo and petsomo are public applications powered by xcircl data. We’re a data-infrastructure company first.
