1. Acceptance
By using xcircl.com or the xcircl API, you agree to these terms. If you’re using them on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.
2. The API and tiers
The free tier returns public identity fields. The paid tier requires a valid API key and returns verified signals and pricing. We may set rate limits and revoke keys for abuse.
3. No resale of raw data
Paid-tier data is licensed for use within your product. You may not resell, redistribute, or rebuild a competing dataset from the raw records without a separate written agreement.
4. Data accuracy and third-party fields
We work to keep data accurate and source-linked, but provide it “as is.” Regulatory and third-party-sourced fields carry their source and date; verify directly with the source for high-stakes decisions. xcircl is not liable for actions taken solely on the data.
