These numbers are computed directly from the database and refreshed hourly — the same snapshot every page and the API serve, no rounded-up marketing figures. GLP-1 is our deepest-verified vertical today; the schema adds pet care, medspa and more without changing shape.

The homepage lists what you can query today. This is the complete picture, including what we hold but haven’t imported and what is still queued — no dataset is claimed live until its data is.

Live rows are counted from the database (snapshot 2026-08-24 13:28 UTC). Pipeline rows report status, not a queryable count — they return no data until marked live.
Online vs. in-person
Every provider is tagged online, physical, or both — a required field you can filter on. Most GLP-1 listings are in-person clinics; a smaller set operates telehealth-only or hybrid.

Signal coverage inside the published tier
Counted against the verified tier (870 providers) — the set the API actually delivers. A signal counts only when it carries a source and a verification date; empty signals are exposed as such in the API, never invented.

State-license verification is in progress — the count above reflects only records whose license we have already sourced and dated, and it grows as verification continues. LegitScript has been screened across the tracked set (62 certified, counted live); the verified-tier count above grows as those records clear publication. The tracked set (6,028 records) stays out of delivery until each record clears verification.
